The 2019 HYHK Film Fest submissions will center around themes of home, and diaspora. Our goal is to have the work of local, international, and independent filmmakers inspire the public’s meditation on tradition and culture. We hope that this will encourage the celebration of cosmopolitanism, and the triumph of diversity in divisive times. Beginning each night at 7pm, a short film will be followed by a feature length.
